Pilot study reports

Please note that the following reports are concerned with the pilot study data as it stood up to September 2006. After discovery of some unexpected patterns in the data, is was decided that approximately half of the samples could not be relied upon. In these reports there is reference to a 'set 1' and a 'set 2' - it was 'set 2' that was dropped from further study.
